About

More than twenty years in occupational safety

I have worked in occupational safety for more than twenty years. Over the course of my career I gained broad professional and leadership experience at Hungarian and international companies: from strategic direction through day-to-day operations to the investigation of serious workplace accidents, particularly in manufacturing, and within it the food and chemical industries.

As an occupational safety expert and a forensic expert, my aim is to provide independent, objective and professionally grounded support. Whether it concerns the investigation of a workplace accident, the preparation of an expert opinion, professional support in civil or criminal proceedings, the development of an occupational safety system or management consultancy, I always build my work on the facts, on the law and on practical feasibility.

My approach

My approach

Occupational safety is a leadership responsibility and an organisational asset

I am convinced that occupational safety is not merely a legal obligation but a leadership responsibility and an organisational asset. My mission is to help ensure that every employee returns home from work healthy and safe.

A well-functioning occupational safety system is not only the foundation of accident prevention but also an important part of a company's long-term success. My recommendations therefore always serve two goals at once: the safety of employees and the effective operation of the organisation.

If you are looking for an expert who, alongside knowledge of the law, also deeply understands how companies operate, what lies behind management decisions and how industrial processes work, I would be glad to help.

What I believe in

Three principles I hold to in every assignment.

Independence

The value of an expert opinion lies in that it is based on the facts, not on which party requested it. I preserve this independence in every case.

Integrity

I also take it on when a question cannot be answered from the available data. The client can plan with this; they cannot plan with an overstated claim.

Professional credibility

Knowing the law is only the foundation. I examine technical, organisational and human factors together, so that the finding also holds in practice.

Professional background

Professional background in brief

My professional background rests on several degrees, and together they shape the way I approach a case.

  • Forensic expert — occupational safety
  • Occupational safety specialist engineer
  • Certified food engineer
  • Environmental management agricultural engineer
  • Economist

The food and agricultural engineering studies provide an understanding of industrial and agricultural processes, the occupational safety specialist engineering degree and more than twenty years of practice form the basis of the expert work, and the economics degree also makes the economic context of occupational safety transparent.
