Main services
Four areas where more than twenty years of leadership practice and expert qualifications together form the basis of the work.
I determine fees in each case based on the complexity of the task, the professional effort required and the nature of the assignment, but as a rule I apply the engineering fee schedule recommended by the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers, which is HUF 320,000–440,000 per day, or HUF 40,000–55,000 per hour.

Forensic expert activity
Forensic expert activity
Objective fact-finding, an evidence-based approach
As a forensic expert my task is the objective establishment of the facts that matter from an occupational safety perspective: the professional assessment of the available documentation, the evidence and the circumstances, followed by a well-founded expert opinion based on the rules of the field.
I accept assignments from courts, authorities, law firms, insurers, companies and private individuals alike, in criminal and civil proceedings. The opinion always rests on the facts, regardless of which party initiated the case.

Independent expert opinion

Independent occupational safety opinion
The same thoroughness, without a court appointment
Not every case requires the appointment of a forensic expert. I prepare an independent expert opinion with the same thoroughness and the same evidence-based approach; the difference lies solely in the legal status and the formal requirements.
It is typically requested for internal investigations, insurance matters, to support employer decisions, or to prepare for later litigation. In many cases it is precisely this position that helps avoid a longer legal dispute.
Leadership coaching
Occupational safety leadership coaching
Professional support for those who stand alone in the organisation
Occupational safety leaders often stand alone in the organisation: there is no one to talk a decision through with, and no one to give professional feedback. Coaching fills that gap, in a practice-oriented form.
Beyond day-to-day professional questions, the work also covers leadership skills, strategic thinking and strengthening organisational cooperation, because much of what occupational safety achieves depends on these.

Management consultancy

Management consultancy
Occupational safety is a leadership responsibility and an organisational asset
Effective occupational safety rests on management commitment and proper governance. Building on more than twenty years of leadership experience, I support the development of occupational safety strategy, the grounding of management decisions and the development of the safety organisation.
Thanks to the experience gained at multinational companies, I know the specifics of international operations and senior management expectations, so I can propose solutions that serve both employee safety and the successful operation of the organisation.
